Whiskey Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Whiskey
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4-6 tbsp balsamic or apple cider vinegar
- ~1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
- dash of cayenne
- 1/2 clove garlic
Instructions
- Shake together in shaker or whisk vigorously in large bowl and pour over salad
- Drink additional 1/3 cup whiskey
Special Notes
Tastes great in pasta salad! Better whiskeys improve the taste considerably, but no whiskey is really bad.
