Rant of Frustration

Few things frustrate me more than the person who denies that anything is their problem.  Someone I called today had call forwarding active.  This is the same oiffice that has accidently had forwarding active in the past.  So I called on another line to the same office and politely informed them that call forwarding was active.  Their reply:  "Oh, it shouldn’t be."  I know it shouldn’t be!  That’s why I just informed you that it was!  This happens almost weekly and each time I mention this I get something like "Its not" or "it shouldn’t be".  If I could, I’d just go and fix it myself, but since you’re the person in front of that phone it’s your responsibility to just say "thank you for telling me" and dial #3.

Grrr.  Jackass.
