Ok Dell; If you’re going to make a computer that has only USB ports for the keyboard and mouse (no PS/2 Ports), at least have the decency to make the BIOS able to power and use a usb keyboard on its own. I’m trying to hit F12 to boot a CD, but can’t because the USB keyboard isn’t on.
