I’m very disapointed with American media. Benazir Bhutto, the former prime minister of Pakistan and one of the few pro-democracy politicians in that country, has just died in a suicide bombing assassination. What do the headlines say right now? “Hillary pauses to remember Bhutto;” “Obama’s reaction to Bhutto’s death;” “Reactions from 08 Presidential Hopefuls.”
One of the most important political figures of our time has just died in a horrific assassination. This is just a little bit more important than how it effects our own presidential candidates.
