Republican – “Democrats are in power and are proposing the single biggest tax increase in the history of America.”
My response – “Republicans were in power and oversaw the biggest SPENDING increase in the history of America. If republicans are going to complain now about an increase in taxes, they should have thought about that before they started borrowing and spending exorbitant amounts of money.”
