Well, its been a few days since an update. Not much has gone on really. I’ve been just working, coming home and sitting around until i sleep and work the next day.
Thursday I managed to step on a nail, fall over backwards, AND about pass out. Then i locked my keys in the truck sometime this week. Friday I had lunch with Jim at the Kountry Kettle, a greesy spoon north of Hudson.
After work, though, we had a great time at the LAN Party in Techumsee. Hosted by the Rum & Coke Clan with sponsors and stuff. I got some stickers, a poster of ATI’s Ruby, and a freakin’ sweet Alienware high performance mouse pad. Sounds dumb, but it’ll be easier to clean and it has a rubber backing to keep it from moving around on my table.
Earlier this afternoon I cleaned out a box of old papers in my room. I found a ton of my old freewrites and stories. Some of the freewrites are really weird. Apparently I made up the word “keeb” in 8th grade. It’s something i don’t remember at all. Of course, that entire period of my life is mostly gone in my memory anyway. I think i suppressed it because it just plain out sucked! On the plus though, I found a bunch of old Psycho Phriends and Will/Jasmine stories. The basic ideas are good, they just need the college touch. I might post some of them… but probably not.
