A few thigns i’ve been thinking about…

First thing is that i’m totally afraid when I’m walking and see my ex-girlfriend in her car. I’m reminded of the guy (i think it was in flordia) who’s ex ran him over like three times with her car. Courtney reminded me that this particular ex of mine seems very non-confrontational, but that thought is still in the back of my mind.

Jokingly, I suggest that either it be illegal for women to drive or it be illegal to breakup.

On another topic, I was just reading an article about Undergraduate and Fraternity drinking. Freshman make up the most deaths of all Undergraduates. Not simply from drinking either. I think the number one cause of death in the USA Today article was drowning. Then I think, “WTF, dont people know how to swim?” I thought swimming was like reading, everyone in our society has to learn how to do it. I mean, its not like every college is on Lake Superior where the fu$$ing water eats people.

I digress.

More pondering about the drinking… I wonder if seeing a fellow frat/Sorority person die in front of them effects the drinking of those people. Do they think, “Wow, doing this shit is dangerous. He passed out and didn’t wake up. Maybe I should stop doing this.” Or do they externalize it and think “I’ll never drink as much as that guy. [yada yada]”
