Well, that’s that. I guess I’ll be getting cable. All of the folks with cable are getting download speeds greater than mine with uploads as fast, if not faster.

I’m impressed; TC3 gives you a fairly high upload rate for residential DSL. It makes me happy that a small town company like that didn’t sell out to a larger corporation (instead of like DMCI here in Hillsdale).
