LG Portable Air Conditioner showing codes

I have an LG Portable Air Conditioner (model number LP1020WSR) thats 4 years old and is now showing some kind of error codes (as seen in the attached video). I’ve done a Google search, but I can’t find any codes specific to this model. I did a support chat with LG customer service, but they were not able to tell me what the codes meant; they could only go through basic troubleshooting like making sure the cord is not damaged and the unit is getting 120V AC power. They referred me to a local LG authorized servicer (a local HVAC shop) but he has not returned any of my phone calls and his receptionist indicated he doesn’t want to work on these units.

I don’t have $400+ to spend on a comparable unit but I’m an industrial controls technician, so I might be able to fix this if I can figure out what it’s trying to say. I have the unit apart and nothing looks obviously defective on the control board or any of the components. If anyone here can let me know what the codes mean or how to go about troubleshooting a unit like this, I’d be grateful.
