[William…] thinks the best health care reform would be to increase transparency in the COST of health care. Example: you go to the ER because you feel sick; they want to do a test and say “This will cost you or your insurance company $x”. You would then find out how much things cost and would have some framework to ask about alternatives. Even if insurance is footing the bill, at least you’d known how much it really costs.
