Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Delicious way to cook sweet potatoes when the grill is unavailable…
Ingredients
- 1 lb cubed sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F
- On a large baking sheet, toss sweet potato cubes with oil and season
- Roast until tender, tossing halfway (around 30 minutes)
