Rice Pudding
Rice pudding from the Good Housekeeping cookbook.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Milk
- 1/2 cups Rice
- 1/4 cup (4 tbs) Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla flavoring (optional)
Instructions
- Bring to boil HALF milk and ALL rice
- Simmer until milk is absorbed (about 20 minutes)
- DO NOT LET IT GO DRY
- Combine all ingredients in oven safe dish
- Bake at 300°F for 1.5 hrs
Special Notes
Double batch fits in 9×13 baking dish. Suggest smaller dish for single batch.
