A chicken and rice recipe adapted for the InstaPot…

• 2 Cups white rice
• 2 Cups chicken broth
• Half a bag of frozen vegetables
• 1 Can cooked chicken
• Dashes of Onion and Garlic powder, celery seed, seasoning, fresh black pepper
• Dash of Soy Sauce

1. Mix all in InstaPot and stir
2. Press Pressure Cook button and set time to 6 minutes
3. Close lid and let cook until alarm
4. Let stand 10 minutes then quick release
5. Add a can of cream soup and top with cheese
6. Stir, close, then let the warmer cook another 10 minutes
7. Enjoy
