Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

Our favorite side dish for anytime of year.

Ingredients

Dressing:

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbs Sugar

Salad:

  • 8 Cups - bite sized pieces of broccoli and cauliflower
  • 1/3 Cup Red onion diced
  • 1/2 Cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 Cup Sunlower seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Whisk together dressing ingredients in a medium bowl, then set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients then pour dressing over the top and stir.
  3. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.

Special Notes

Onion could be let out and raisins could replace craisins. Keep refrigerated.
