Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/2 bag of shredded hash browns (thawed)
- 1 lb sausage (Cooked/drained)
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup milk or half-n-half
- 6 eggs
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Place hash browns in bottom of baking dish
- Top with sausage
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- mix up eggs and milk then pour over
- bake 50 minutes
Special Notes
About any cooked breakfast meat will work in this. In a pinch, bread or toast could line the bottom in place of hash browns.
