Rick Clark’s casserole that’s great for leftover potatoes…

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Mix burger, corn, soup in casserole dish
  3. Cover with mashed potatoes
  4. Bake for 25 minutes
  5. Cover with shredded cheese and bake/broil additional 2-5 minutes until golden
