Matt Kuch's childhood burger alternative…

• 1lb hamburger
• 2 cans Minestrone soup
• Hot Dog buns
• Sliced Cheese
• Ketchup
• ~3 Tbsp A1 Sauce

1. Brown hamburger, remove excess fat
2. Stir in both cans of ministrone soup and add 1 can water, a significant amount of ketchup (Kuch recommends “half a jar”), and A1 Sauce
3. Simmer down then let cool
4. Put mixture into hot dog buns on a baking sheet then cover in cheese
5. Place under the broiler until cheese is melted
