An easy french toast recipe from McCormick…

• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup milk
• 4 slices bread

1. Beat egg, vanilla and cinnamon in shallow dish
2. stir in milk
3. dip bread in mixture; turn to coat
4. cook on lightly greased griddle on medium heat
5. serve with syrup
