During tub stopper, drain broke away and was found to be heavily corroded. Replacing with a plastic kit.

• Tub drain kit

• Remove the old drain completely.
• Cut less than half an inch off both elbows.
• Follow the instructions on the kit to replace the drain.

The overflow is slightly misaligned and the quality of the drain is poor but all functions without leaks. The old drain T was found to be in good shape. Only the screw in part of the drain was broken.
