====Whiskey Salad Dressing====

===Ingredients===
  * 1/3 cup Whiskey
  * 1/2 cup olive oil
  * 4-6 tbsp balsamic or apple cider vinegar
  * ~1 tsp brown sugar
  * 1/2 tsp salt
  * 1/2 tbsp thyme
  * 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
  * dash of cayenne
  * 1/2 clove garlic

===Instructions===
  -Shake together in shaker or whisk vigorously in large bowl and pour over salad
  -Drink additional 1/3 cup whiskey

===Special Notes===
Tastes great in pasta salad! Better whiskeys improve the taste considerably, but no whiskey is really bad.
