====Sliced Squash====

===Ingredients===
  * Any number of yellow squash or similar
  * 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  * 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  * 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

===Instructions===
  -Preheat oven to 400(d)F
  -Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, and oil in a bowl
  -Slice squash into 'coins'
  -Bread the squash in the mix
  -Place on cookie sheets line with foil
  -Bake for 25 minutes

===Special Notes===
This might also work with zucchini.
