====Breakfast Casserole====

===Ingredients===
  * 1/2 bag of shredded hash browns (thawed)
  * 1 lb sausage (Cooked/drained)
  * 2 cups shredded cheese 
  * 1 cup milk or half-n-half
  * 6 eggs
  * salt and pepper 

===Instructions===
  -Preheat oven to 350(d)F
  -Place hash browns in bottom of baking dish
  -Top with sausage 
  -Sprinkle cheese on top 
  -mix up eggs and milk then pour over
  -bake 50 minutes 

===Special Notes===
About any cooked breakfast meat will work in this. In a pinch, bread or toast could line the bottom in place of hash browns.
