===Instructions===
  * Install USB Drivers
  * Unzip and open Odin
  * drag recovery md5 onto BL line, plug in tablet, then hold VOL-Down + PWR to reboot into download mode
  * When in download mode, click Start to push the TWRP recovery file. 
  * If it reboots into android, hold VOL-Up + Pwr on reboot to enter recovery

To push the stock rom:
  * drag T217SVPUB...md5 file into the BL location, connect tablet, reboot to download mode, then START
