Mashed Potato Casserole
Rick Clark’s casserole that’s great for leftover potatoes…
Ingredients
- Hamburger (cooked and drained)
- 1x Can of corn
- 2x cans of tomato soup
- 6 - 8 large potatoes (mashed)
- Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Mix burger, corn, soup in casserole dish
- Cover with mashed potatoes
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Cover with shredded cheese and bake/broil additional 2-5 minutes until golden
