Easy Chicken & Rice

A chicken and rice recipe adapted for the InstaPot…

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups white rice
  • 3.25 Cups chicken broth (Or bullion in water)
  • Almost half a bag of frozen vegetables
  • 1 Can cooked chicken
  • Dashes of onion powder, garlic, celery seed, Italian seasoning, fresh black pepper
  • Dash of Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all in InstaPot and stir
  2. Press Pressure Cook button and set time to 6 minutes
  3. Close lid and let cook until alarm
  4. Let stand 10 minutes then quick release
  5. Add a can of cream soup and top with cheese
  6. Stir, close, then let the warmer cook another 10 minutes
  7. Enjoy
