Easy Chicken & Rice
A chicken and rice recipe adapted for the InstaPot…
Ingredients
- 3 Cups white rice
- 3.25 Cups chicken broth (Or bullion in water)
- Almost half a bag of frozen vegetables
- 1 Can cooked chicken
- Dashes of onion powder, garlic, celery seed, Italian seasoning, fresh black pepper
- Dash of Soy Sauce
Instructions
- Mix all in InstaPot and stir
- Press
Pressure Cookbutton and set time to 6 minutes - Close lid and let cook until alarm
- Let stand 10 minutes then quick release
- Add a can of cream soup and top with cheese
- Stir, close, then let the warmer cook another 10 minutes
- Enjoy
