Broccoli Cauliflower Salad
Our favorite side dish for anytime of year.
Ingredients
Dressing:
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbs Sugar
Salad:
- 8 Cups - bite sized pieces of broccoli and cauliflower
- 1/3 Cup Red onion diced
- 1/2 Cup Dried cranberries
- 1/4 Cup Sunlower seeds
- 1/2 Cup Bacon bits
Instructions
- Whisk together dressing ingredients in a medium bowl, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine salad ingredients then pour dressing over the top and stir.
- Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
Special Notes
Onion could be let out and raisins could replace craisins. Keep refrigerated.
