I haven&#8217;t heard who a libertarian presidential candidate is. He ran on the Libertarian ticket before, maybe this year he&#8217;ll do it again and try to take advantage of a split in the Republican Party. In this way, it seems like Paul made the older comments AFTER the newer comments. This is a subtle, yet highly deceptive practice which misleads the viewer and Dr. Paul. Tim Russert should be ashamed of himself.
