The entire reason that I&#8217;m at all motivated in my work is because I have a huge responsibility.  Not only am I vital to the radio station, I&#8217;m also an important person at Audio-Visual.  Most times I&#8217;m the only personal available to do a job at that particular time.  That&#8217;s huge!  If I don&#8217;t show up, the department is in trouble, not just myself.<\/p>\n<p>I walk by offices and places like that where student workers are (metaphorically) jerking off at a desk for hours.
