I love staying busy. I get stressed out at times, but I usually find time to relax (work hard, play hard, right?). College has been absolutely phenomenal! I’ve matured a lot. I’m surprised when I think back to who I was in High School and compare to who I am today. Heck, it wasn’t until this year that I could look in the mirror and honestly say, “I’m a man” (rather than a boy).
It’s like a second adolescence. I’m sure that you’ve already started to notice yourself and people your age seeming to ‘change’. Sometimes physically, but mostly its a mental and emotional change. You’ll really notice it when you move away from home.
Otherwise, college is a great experience. I’ve met a lot of different people, tried some different jobs, and pushed myself harder then ever before. Each day provides new challenges and gives a new lesson to learn. Oh yeah, and I’m doing well academically (all A’s last semester).
I’m a Media Production Major (aka broadcasting). This semester, I’m doing internship at the student radio station on campus. Along with being a DJ (tuesday, noon-2), I’m the engineer. That fancy title just means that I keep all of the equipment running.
