What religion are you?: Spiritual
Why?: With all the indoctrinations and things, organized religion just seems like a cult.
What do you think when you meet someone who is a different religion?: I’m cool with people doing their own thing. As long as they allow me to do the same. One of my pet peeves is people trying to convert me. It’s like they get a toaster or something when they convert 20 people…
What do you think of Christian people?: Strangely, I really enjoy most catholics. I’ve not had good experiences with Baptists, though.
What do you think of Satanists?: To each his own, i suppose. Just be careful; Karma’s a bitch.
SEXISM/SEXUALITY
What is your sexuality?: heterosexual
What do you think of gay marriages?: There should be no marriages in our legal system. let each church do what they want with marriages (hetero,homo,animal,etc). The legal equivalent would be a civil union. These unions could be between anyone who wants to share rights with another person. if my roommate and I are going to be rooming together for a few years, we should be able to get a civil union and share responsibilities for our household. I think homosexuals would get further if they didn’t make it a ‘gay’ issue and just approached it from the perspective of the people in political power (non-gay).
What do you think of homophobic people?: I guess i understand. We’re all just afraid of what makes us uncomfortable.
What do you think of gay bashings?: Yeah, it sucks that stuff like that happens.
Do you have any homosexual friends?: yes
When 2 people of the same sex are kissing, what do you do?: I think it’s disgusting and I look away… the same thing that i do when i see heterosexual couples kissing.
